The Smithy is a first-floor apartment resting within the town of Kirkymoorside. It houses two bedrooms, comprising of a double bedroom and a second-floor double bedroom. There is also a first-floor bathroom and a second-floor shower room. Additional rooms include a well-appointed kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room, as well as an additional second-floor sitting room with the option for additional beds. Outside, there is a small balcony area, a secure bike storage and an allocated parking spot. The Smithy is a superb base for touring Yorkshire. The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Kirkbymoorside is a market town resting on the edge of the North York Moors National Park. Visitors will find a wealth of shops, tea rooms, pubs, restaurants and a market on a Wednesday. Opportunity for walking on the National Park is close by, where you can explore miles of wonderful scenery. Also close by are the villages of Hutton-le-Hole and Lastingham.
