Old Mill Cottage is an old mill conversion situated in the small hamlet of Crook, near Kendal in Cumbria. It boasts four bedrooms; a double with en-suite shower room, two further doubles and a single, sleeping seven in total. Inside is also a bathroom, kitchen, utility, dining room and sitting room with woodburning stove. To the exterior is off-road parking for 2 cars and a garden with patio and furniture. Old Mill Cottage offers family and friends a wonderful base for touring the Lake District National Park. Impressive mountains, open fells and clear-water lakes, the Lake District has it all. Crook is a small hamlet located in the heart of Lakeland countryside and offers access to the Lake District National Park. There are two hotels/pubs in Crook itself and a wide variety of walks on the surrounding fells. Less than six miles from Lake Windermere - England's longest lake - and a similar distance from all of the amenities of Kendal.
