First floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Second floor wet room with basin and WC. Kitchen/diner with large pantry. Lounge/diner with woodburning stove and balcony. Large utility and drying room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Games room with table football, pool table, games console with TV.

Balcony with patio area and furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: Games room with table football, pool table, games console with TV. The village of Cemaes Bay in Anglesey is situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and has three pubs, shops and a Blue Flag sandy beach.
