Oil central heating. Electric range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, shared use of tumble dryer, TV and WiFi for browsing only. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Off-road parking with shared drive. Outside porch area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub are within 1 mile of the property. Note: Horse stabling available on request. Note: Owner's honey is available on request. Note: The ceiling in the twin bedroom is very low, as such the property is only suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. Note: Bathroom has sloping ceilings and height restriction over shower
