Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove.
The Gate Lodge is a fabulous hideaway for couples seeking a break at the Kames Estate, near the wonderful village of Port Bannatyne, on the Isle of Bute. All on ground floor, it boasts one double bedroom, sleeping two people altogether. Inside is also a bathroom and an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. To the exterior is ample off-road parking, a private patio area with seating, as well as shared use of tennis courts, football pitch, putting green, walled garden and gardens. The Gate Lodge offers a memorable stay in an interesting part of Scotland.

Fuel and power included in rent. Bed linen and towels included in rent (changed weekly). Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking adjacent to property. This village offers a popular location for sailing the Kyles of Bute, one of the most stunning areas of coastal scenery in Argyll. There are pubs, bars and tea rooms serving locally sourced produce. Rothesay has plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants and takeaways. Walk along the esplanade, visit the winter gardens and catch the open top bus for a full tour of the island. You can take the ferry crossing to Wemyss Bay, visit the castle ruins in the centre of town and enjoy the scenery.
