Outside has a shared courtyard area, as well as an open lawn with picnic tables, a play area and a 20-acre estate with plenty of sporting activities available. Catan Cottage is an ideal place for a family or friends to enjoy a relaxing holiday on this beautiful estate.

Storage heating. Log burner (guests may help themselves to logs from their cottage log store). Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, hairdryer, TV, DVD and dishwasher. Free WiFi. Fuel and power included in rent. Bed linen and towels included in rent (changed weekly). Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking adjacent to property. Shared use of a BBQ, an all-weather tennis court, football nets, putting green and walled garden with croquet. Sorry, no smoking. Pets welcome (maximum two). Shop and pub 15 mins walk. The Kames Estate is set near to Port Bannatyne on the East coast of the Isle of Bute. The port has a marina, a popular location for sailing the Kyles of Bute. There are pubs, bars and tea rooms serving locally sourced produce. Bute has some beautiful beaches and spectacular views over the Isles of the West Coast. You can spot seals, whales and a whole host of wildlife from the shore.
