Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, separate drinks fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 3 x TVs (TV downstairs has full Sky package), WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Guest parking available, but not allocated. Small private patio to rear with furniture. Welcome pack included. Sky Sports and Sky Movies. Communal grounds with lakes and picnic areas. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub within 0.3 miles. Beach nearby. Note: Use of the indoor heated swimming pool, children's pool, sauna and steam room is included in the rental price. The gym and additional facilities and activities such as scuba diving lessons, fishing, bike hire, etc are available at additional cost, payable on-site. Note: The on-site swimming pool will be out of use until further notice from October 2019 and December 2019, there is an alternative swimming pool a short drive away
