Electric combination microwave/oven, 2 ring hob, fridge, TV with Freeview, DVD, radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for one car. Bike storage. Garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: There is an unfenced pond at this property. Note:The owner hosts Community (non profit making) house concerts 6 times a year in their home adjoining the cottage. Guests are very welcome to attend these Friday evening Blues, Jazz or Classical music events. Note: No BBQ's allowed as the owner's home is thatched. Please note: Check in is from 4pm and check out is before 10am.
