Entrance hall:Door to: Sitting room with log burning stove (one basket of logs provided from 1st October - 31st March) through to Dining Room. Kitchen. Second sitting room again with log burning stove. Bathroom, bath with shower over, hand basin and WC. 1st Floor: Bedroom 1, king size double bed, en-suite shower, hand basin and WC. Bedroom 2, double bed, en-suite shower, hand basin and WC. Bedroom 3, twin single beds. Rear garden with patio, six steps to a lawned area which is on a slope.

Off road parking at the front of the cottage for two cars plus unrestricted on street parking in the lane. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed Linen and towels inc. in rent. Note: Audrey's is an old cottage some of the floors are slightly uneven and outside there is a patio area with stone wall and steps to the lawned area (0.8m drop from lawn to patio). As such the property may not be suitable for people with mobility issues and young children/toddlers
