Shower room with double size shower, basin and WC. Bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. First floor cloakroom basin and WC. Stairs from front door to first floor kitchen with two steps down to dining area. Utility Room. First floor sitting room. Games area with table tennis and darts leading to patio garden.

The house can sleep 10 people in 4 king-size doubles 1 with en-suite shower and 1 with en-suite bathroom, 1 twin single bedroom as well has a family bathroom and a shower room. The rest of the house is made up of a fitted kitchen/dining room and a sitting room. Garage parking for 4 cars and a patio garden with furniture. The Beach House is superb for large groups to enjoy a seaside town holiday short walk from the beach.
