"The annex is a good base for visiting around the Weymouth area. It is located down somewhat grubby side streets, but only 5 mins walk to the beach. The property was ok for our needs, but there were some points to note - 1 The main bedroom reeked of damp. There was black mould on the skirting board behind the bed and, when it rained, the wallpaper bubbled up! 2 The small sofa and 2 chairs were very uncomfortable 3 The electric fire in the lounge tripped out after being on a while. 4 There was black mould around the bottom of the patio window 5 The dvd player was run through the sky box, with no instructions how to use it this way and no remote, so we had to uncouple it, run it through the TV like normal, then change it back again at the end of the week. 5 The washing machine instructions much have been for a previous washing machine as there was no '15 quick wash' as claimed. 6 At night, the local youths came out in force, hanging round the streets and shop, and we saw one individual shouting at, and kicking 5he door of a nearby b&b."
