Overview
Beautifully renovated cottage around five minutes from central Dartmouth, sleeping six in three bedrooms. Three bedrooms: 1 x King-size with balcony. 1 x King-size. 1 x twin with en suite cloakroom with w.c. and wash-hand basin. Sitting/dining room. Cloakroom with w.c., basin and heated towel rail. Cobbs Cottage is on Crowthers Hill, just 5 minutes or so walk from Dartmouth's boutiques, restaurants and tea rooms, as well as the picturesque River Dart. Blackpool Sands beach is just a 5-10 minute drive away whilst Woodlands Theme Park is just 3 miles outside of Dartmouth. The cottage sleeps six people in one master bedroom with King-size bed, a further double with King-size bed and a twin room. The superb kitchen is well equipped to a high standard with a beautiful oak flooring and under-floor heating. The sitting room is stylishly furnished and has lovely views over the town and across the river beyond. Outside is a spacious two-tiered decking with garden/dining furniture, steps lead down to a lower terrace with patio table and chairs. This stunning three-storey property is ideally suited to couples, or families with older children looking for high quality accommodation. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Large flatscreen TV with BT YouView, DVD player and Sony surround sound system. Kitchen include five ring gas hob, electric double oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer), microwave, Roberts DAB radio with iPod dock. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (excluding those for the beach) are provided. Designated parking space in the private Mayors avenue carpark is provided. Gas fired central heating and instant hot water via combi boiler (plus electric under-floor heating in the kitchen) Strictly no smoking or pets permitted. Wireless broadband available.
