Gas central heating and hot water. Four-ring halogen hob and electric oven, integrated dishwasher and washing machine, and microwave. Fridge/freezer. TV, DVD player. Electric feature fireplace. Bed linen and bath towels are supplied, tenants will need to bring their own beach towels. Wifi available. Front terrace, rear garden/terrace with wooden table and 6 chairs and barbecue available. One well behaved dog permitted
