TV with Freesat. Communal Wifi only available in 'The Salcombe' reception not in the property. Electric cooker, hob, microwave and fridge. There is a communal laundry situated in the building for guests use. Allocated parking space in the secure car park for one car, and mooring on 'The Salcombe' pontoon, accessed from the gardens. No Pets. No Smoking. All bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring your own tea towels.
