Electric cooker/grill (with extractor hood over), fridge, microwave, sink unit. Flat screen TV and DVD player. Wifi. There is a communal laundry situated in the building for guests use. Allocated parking space in the secure car park for one car, and mooring on 'The Salcombe' pontoon, accessed from the gardens. All bed linen and towels are provided.
