Parking for two cars (please note that boats and/or trailers are not permitted) - a lift runs from ground floor/car park level in each of the two main apartment buildings. Gas fired central heating and hot water. Entry telephone system. All duvets, pillows and bed linen provided - tenants require towels and tea towels.
