Two ringed hob, electric combi-oven with grill/microwave/fan oven, fridge with ice box, cooler unit for drinks. Washing machine. Flat screen Smart TV and DVD player. Gas fired central heating and instant hot water via combi-boiler. Wifi. All bed linen and bath/hand towels are supplied. You will need to bring beach towels. An annual parking permit is provided for the nearby Mayors Avenue long-stay car park for one car (subject to available spaces) and Dartmouth Park and Ride. Alternatively, out of season there is usually free parking available on the roadside nearby.

"This is probably the best apartment that we have used in many years of travelling around the UK. It has every facility that you require and the attention to detail is excellent. However, the greatest asset is the VIEW from the window. It overlooks the River Dart, Kingswear, the estuary and the sea. There is always something to see. We thoroughly recommend this property."
