Sleeps four guests in two bedrooms, including a master en suite. The open plan living space includes a comfortable living room with views of the creek, dining area and well equipped kitchen. Enjoy a communal outdoor seating area, nearby woodland, and onsite parking. Set in a peaceful, secluded location, 3 The Pottery is a contemporary apartment, ideal for one or two couples. Off road parking available. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and hand/bath towels are provided. Parking available to the rear of the building for one car (allocated). Underfloor heating in all rooms and unlimited hot water. Television, DVD player, and DAB/FM digital radio with Bluetooth. Wifi. Five ring halogen hob, electric oven (including microwave), dishwasher, toaster, kettle and fridge/freezer. A selection of books and games and also binoculars (to enjoy the view of passing boats) are provided.
