Open plan kitchen/living and dining Family bathroom with bath, shower (over), w.c., wash-hand basin and heated towel rail.
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Gas fired central heating and instant hot water via a combi boiler. Electric fan oven,four-ring hob with extractor over, fridge with ice box, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. Flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player. Wifi available. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and bath/hand towels are supplied. You will need to bring tea towels and beach towels. Parking permit provided for for the Mayors Avenue public car park (subject to available spaces) or Dartmouth Park and Ride.
