Open plan kitchen, dining and living room. Family bathroom with under-floor heating, Bette steel bath, power shower (over), wash-hand basin, w.c., shaver point and heated towel rail. Terrace and garden.
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Flat-screen TV with Freeview, Blu-ray DVD player, Bose iPod docking station, digital radio and a selection of books games and DVD's. Master bedroom with DAB clock radio, TV with Freeview and a DVD player. Bunk bed room has TV with Freeview, DVD player, bean bag and Black out blind. Baby friendly equipment including travel cot and highchair (cot linen not supplied), plus children's crockery, cutlery and a selection of child friendly games, books and DVD's. Gas fired central heating and hot water. Entry telephone system. Parking for two cars (but please note that boats and/or trailers are not permitted). All bed linen and towels provided, however you will need to bring your own beach towels.
