Overview
Three-storey cottage in central Dartmouth, sleeping seven in three bedrooms. Three bedrooms: 1 x King-size with an en suite featuring a large shower cubicle (electric shower), w.c., wash-hand basin and heated towel rail. 1 x twin, 1 x bunk room with additional 'truckle' bed available on request only. Sitting room. Kitchen/dining room seating up to eight. Family bathroom with 'Jack and Jill' entrances so can be used either as an en suite to the twin room or as a shared bathroom to bedrooms 2 and 3. Bathroom with bath, gravity shower (over), w.c., and wash-hand basin. Two terraces.
7 Nelson Steps is an elevated three storey pet friendly property enjoying stunning river and sea views and offers a delightful base from which to enjoy the delights of Dartmouth with its array of pubs, restaurants and boutique shops and the wider South Devon coast and countryside. There are three bedrooms in total sleeping up to a total of seven guests, including an en suite master with a King-size bed. On the upper floor is a triple aspect sitting room offering open views across the river to Kingswear, a well equipped kitchen and dining room. The property benefits from two terraces, both with outdoor furniture. 7 Nelson Steps provides comfortable accommodation with the added benefit of garage parking (for a small/medium size car) and is within a 15 minute walk of the town centre and a 10 minute drive to nearby Blackpool Sands. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Four ring electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. TV with DVD player. Gas central heating and hot water with immersion back-up. WiFi. There is garage parking for one small/medium sized car in Above Town (some larger models may not be suitable - please contact the office for dimensions if required). Two small dogs are allowed. Two terraces - both with views of The River Dart All bed linen and towels supplied. You will need to bring your own tea towels and beach towels.
