Overview
Comfortable and spacious family house that can sleep eight people in three bedrooms, located only a 5-10 minute walk from the centre of picturesque Dartmouth. Three bedrooms: 1 x super king (can be a twin) with wash basin and shower cubicle with a Mira thermostatic shower. 1 x double 2x sets of bunk beds (3ft) A folding bed and bedding is available on request for an additional guest. Living room. Dining room. Kitchen. Utility room. Cloakroom with w.c and hand basin. Family bathroom has a bath with shower over, wash basin and w.c. Well-established garden which contains many pretty shrubs and flowers.
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Facilities & Amenities
TV, DVD, video and CD player. Hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Baby friendly: a highchair, two travel cots and a stairgate are available. The garage and driveway at the front of Blackgate provide parking for approximately 4 cars or boats. There is also unrestricted parking on the road outside the house. The property includes gas fired central heating and hot water. Pets are not accepted and the property is strictly no smoking. Bed linen and towels are supplied (excluding beach towels).
