Overview
This wonderful barn conversion is nestled in stunning countryside, near Dartmouth, and can sleep eight people in four delightful en suite bedrooms. Four bedrooms all en suite: 2 x super King-size with a bath with rainhead shower (over) plus hand-held shower, wash-hand basin, cabinet, w.c, and heated towel rail. 2 x super King-size (can be made into twins on request) with en suite shower rooms with a large walk-in shower, wash-hand basin, cabinet, w.c. and heated towel rail. Kitchen with adjacent utility/cloakroom with w.c. and basin. Dining/sitting room. Stone terrace with garden picnic table and bench seating.
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Facilities & Amenities
Inset gel fire (electric), wall-mounted TV with Sky Q, Bluray player and a bluetooth speaker. Toledo range cooker (with five burners and two ovens), two warming drawers, integrated dishwasher, American fridge/freezer (with water and ice dispenser), and larder. Washing machine, tumble dryer and small sink. There is parking for up to four cars (three in front of the barn and one in a designated space to the rear). Fully enclosed area of stone terrace with garden picnic table and bench seating, plus two sun loungers. Large fire pit that can be adapted for use as either a barbecue or pizza oven. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels excluding beach towels are supplied.

"We can't recommend Butterwell Barn enough! It's a beautifully converted holiday home in the heart of the Devonshire countryside. We loved exploring the local area, especially picturesque Dartmouth which is just a short drive away. Gail and Phil are wonderful hosts. The barn is immaculately clean and has been finished to a really high standard with incredible attention to detail. The beds felt like we were staying in a luxury hotel and we had some of the best night's sleep we've ever had! We loved it so much we've already booked to come back! We would recommend this place to anybody wanting a luxurious, comfortable base for a trip to the South West."
