Cosy cottage in central Salcombe, sleeping six in three bedrooms. Three bedrooms: 1 x King-size, 1 x Double and 1 x Children's bunk room. Sitting room. Snug. Kitchen/dining room leading into the utility room. Shower room with corner shower cubicle, w.c and wash-hand basin. Family bathroom has a bath, hand-held shower, w.c, wash-hand basin and heated towel rail.
Cob Cottage is a cosy, comfortable and delightfully quirky holiday cottage, and ideally positioned for quick and easy access to and from the town and local sandy beaches. The harbour and estuary is within 50m from cottage, whilst the beautiful beaches of East Portlemouth and Mill Bay can be accessed via a small passenger ferry that runs from the town. The unusual layout of accommodation over three levels includes three bedrooms sleeping up to six guests comfortably, two bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, snug and a lovely sitting room with wood-burning stove, making this a perfect cottage retreat for families or couples at any time of the year. Off road parking on small drive to the rear of cottage for one car. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Central heating and hot water Gas cooker (four-ring hob and oven), dishwasher, microwave and fridge (a small freezer sits in a cupboard in the sitting room). Washing machine, tumble dryer. Snug with TV. Blu-ray DVD player Flatscreen TV with Bose soundbar. Feature fireplace with wood burning stove. Off road parking on small drive to the rear of cottage for one car. All bed linen and towels are supplied. You will need to bring your own tea towels and beach towels.
