Edwardian semi-detached property close to Hope Cove's sandy beaches, sleeping six in three bedrooms. Three bedrooms: 1 x super King-size, 1 x twin (which can be made into a super King on request) and 1x bunk beds. Kitchen/dining room. Lounge and conservatory. A family bathroom with bath, hand-held shower, hand basin, w.c and shaver point. Additional shower room with rain shower. Cloakroom with w.c and a small utility room for beach gear and wellies.

With plenty of outdoor space for children and ample parking, Cottage View is an ideal property for small families and couples whom enjoy walking, frequent trips to the beach and exploring the beautiful South Devon scenery in the summer sunshine. Oil central heating. Fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher,microwave,toaster, four ring ceramic hob/oven/grill. Nespresso and filter coffee machine. TV, DVD/CD/Blu-ray/MP3 player. Wifi available. Parking space for one car - second car may be parked on the road in front of Cottage View garage. Baby friendly - cot, highchair, stairgate, bath, utensils etc. Enclosed garden, south facing terrace with picnic table BBQ with access to a public footpath for a useful shortcut to the beach, pub, cafe and village shops. All bed linen and towels are supplied. You will need to bring your own tea towels and beach towels. Telephone for incoming and outgoing calls (honesty box).
