The property has gas central heating. Free Wireless Broadband Internet is available. Smoking and pets are not permitted. Bed linen and towels provided. An annual parking permit, for one car, is provided for the Mayors Avenue public car park (subject to available spaces) and Dartmouth Park and Ride. Restricted parking is available on the road near to the property (unrestricted October to April inclusive).
