Converted barn in an idyllic country location about a mile from the villages of Loddiswell and Aveton Gifford, sleeping four in two bedrooms. Two bedrooms: 1x King with en suite bathroom comprising of a bath, shower (over), wash hand-basin and w.c. 1x Twin (can be converted to a King-size double on request). Adjacent shower room with shower cubicle, wash-hand basin and w.c. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. open plan kitchen / dining / sitting room. Separate annexe with double futon and shower room with shower cubicle, wash-hand basin and w.c. available on request at an additional charge.
Hope Cottage is a converted barn located in the heart of the countryside with stunning views from the large gable-end window in the living area. The reverse level accommodation is well-equipped and comfortably furnished. The cottage sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. One master en suite and a twin room that can be converted to a King-size bed on request. In addition to the en suite is a shower room. The open plan living area comprises of a kitchen, dining room and sitting rooms which offers views of the valley. Outside, guests can enjoy the private terrace and the six acres of private gardens that run down towards the river Avon. Hope Cottage is the perfect cosy, retreat for a family or two couples looking to escape to the heart of the country. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
