It has four bedrooms; a king-size bedroom with en-suite with WC.C and basin and a twin, followed by a second floor twin and a second floor bunk room with children's bunks, sleeping eight guests in total. There is also a bathroom, a kitchen and a living/dining room with woodburning stove. To the exterior is off-road parking and a multi-tiered garden at the rear with furniture and a barbecue. Kennford offers a superb opportunity for families and friends in a lovely part of South Devon. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Off road parking for one car (please see notes in red below for further info). Enclosed multi-tiered garden at rear with furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. No smoking.
