Underfloor heating downstairs, and radiators upstairs. The kitchen is equipped with Fridge/freezer (also full size freezer in utility room and small fridge) washing machine, tumble dryer, electric. Aga, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster. TV, Sky + HD, wood burning stove in lounge. Wifi available. The front garden is bounded by an attractive stone wall with flagstone path - it features a small area of lawn, Small bistro table and chairs, to the side and rear of the house is a beautifully landscaped garden with a small shallow pond. Wooden table with bench seating and gas barbecue. Table-tennis table available (including bats and balls). Parking on drive for 2 cars, further parking for 2 cars on grass area at front of property. Linen and towels provided. Two well behaved pets welcome. No smoking.
