Well presented and conveniently located ground floor flat in the very heart of Dartmouth, that sleeps four people in two bedrooms. Two bedrooms: 1x King. 1x Twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, wash-hand basin and heated towel rail. A separate cloakroom has a w.c. and washing machine. Kitchen has a four-ring electric hob, oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Sitting / dining room.
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Four-ring electric hob, oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. TV with DVD. Electric heating throughout with instant hot water via immersion. Strictly no pets permitted. Parking for one small/medium* car in garage to the rear of property (*Width 212cm (7ft) x Height 190cm (6'3) Depth 480cm (16ft) ). Bed linen and towels supplied. Sorry, no smoking. Note: Please note there is no Broadband at this property. Note: There are 10 steps to the front door.
