On the first floor is a family bathroom with freestanding bath (with hand-held shower), separate shower cubicle, w.c and wash-hand basin. Utility and shower room with a shower cubicle and w.c. Open plan kitchen / sitting / dining room.
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Gas fired central heating. Hob, double oven, microwave, integrated fridge and dishwasher, coffee pod machine. Utility room houses a fridge/freezer, washing machine & tumble dryer. Freeview Smart TV. All bed linen and bath/hand towels are supplied. You will need to bring your own beach towels.
