With three bedrooms (one en suite double, a further double and a twin), a family bathroom, and an additional separate cloakroom with w.c., the property sleeps six guests. Just a short five-minute walk from the centre of Dartmouth, and close to the nearby beaches of Start Bay, Moonrakers is an ideal property for a family, or perhaps several couples, keen to enjoy quick and easy access to Dartmouth itself and the surrounding area. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Gas fired central heating - combi boiler. Stats on the radiators. Fridge/freezer, Miele washer/dryer, Electric oven, Gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, hoover. Highchair. Flat screen TV, Apple TV, DAB radio. All bed linen and bath/hand towels are supplied. You will need to bring your own tea towels beach towels and oven gloves. Wi - Fi available. Enclosed garden with large patio with table and chairs, Barbecue available. Parking for two cars. Dart Marina spa membership - children under 16 not permitted
