This charming holiday cottage sits within fabulous Salcombe on the South Devon coast and is able to sleep six people within three bedrooms. Three bedrooms, all on 1st floor: 1 x Master bedroom with king-size bed with recently refurbished en-suite with shower, basin, w.c. and heated towel rail; 1 x Twin bedroom with 2'6" beds (can be linked to create King-size bed - this must be requested at the time of booking) and 1 x Double bedroom. Recently refurbished family bathroom on 1st floor with shower over bath, w.c. and basin. Small cloakroom/utility room on ground floor. Kitchen/dining room and separate sitting room.
Poll Cottage is a cosy cottage situated within the seaside town of Salcombe in Devon. It comes set with three bedrooms which include a king-size with an en-suite, a double room and a twin zip/link, there is also a family bathroom, the cottage is able to sleep six people. Also inside, find a kitchen/diner, a cloakroom/utility and a sitting room with an open fire. Whereas outside you will find a courtyard with furniture. Poll Cottage is a homely retreat for groups of any kind seeking a getaway among the wonders of coastal Devon. A parking permit is available for the Long Stay Car Park. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Small courtyard with table and chairs. Parking pass for long stay car park (approximately a 5 minute walk away from the property) Bed linen and towels supplied. Property will accept two well behaved dogs
