Sandpiper is a semi-detached cottage resting over three floors, placed within the seaside resort of Salcombe in South Devon. It comes with four bedrooms, consisting of a king-size with an en-suite, a further king-size, a twin with an en-suite and another twin room, there is also a family bathroom and a cloakroom, and the property can sleep eight people.
