(one on ground floor) 1 x Master bedroom with Super king bed and ensuite with bath, separate shower enclosure, basin and w.c. 2 x Twin bedrooms and ensuites with shower, basin and w.c. (All rooms can be set up either as a superkings or twins but will be in this configuration unless otherwise requested). Cloakroom. Shower room with walk-in shower, basin, w.c. and heated towel rail. Entrance/dining room. Kitchen/breakfast room. Sitting room. Attic/snug room.
