St Elmo Lodge is a fabulously presented ground floor apartment only a short walk from North Sands Beach, and with superb views of the Salcombe Estuary. Sleeping seven people, the property has three en-suite bedrooms in total (one double, one twin, and one bunk bedded room, with an additional stacker bed). There is also a new kitchen, a triple aspect sitting room, a dining room and a utility room. Outside there is a landscaped garden with decked seating area, plus ample parking for two to three cars. In a wonderful position, St Elmo Lodge provides a superb base for a walking holiday or break beside the sea. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
