Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Highchair and stairgate available on request. Off-road parking for two cars. Enclosed garden area, with decking area including furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pubs and shops within a 5-minute drive. Note: Check in is after 3pm and check out is by 10am. Note: Owner happy to take babes in arms at property.
