WiFi, TV and Humax box. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking. Enclosed garden, with lawned area and table and chairs. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Local pub 4 mins walks and local shop 10 mins walk. Please note the uneven surface of the floor in the kitchen.
