Central heating, woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine. TV with freeview, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking. Private hot tub for 8 people. Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: One of the twin rooms is only accessible via the double room. Note: One of double beds is only accessed by one side. Note: In the case of back-to-back bookings, the hot tub will be unavailable from 6PM on last night of your stay to allow water to be changed and heated for next guests.

Llangollen is a small town and community in Denbighshire, north-east Wales, on the River Dee. Llangollen takes its name from the Welsh llan meaning "a religious settlement" and Saint Collen, a 6th-century monk who founded a church beside the river.
