Electric heating. Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, kettle. TV. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stair-gate. Off-road parking for one car. Shared courtyard patio area with furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.5 miles and pub 0.01 miles. Note: Facilities onsite include shared heated indoor and outdoor pools, 9 am to 6 pm, badminton, gymnasium and spa, available at additional charge. Note: Outdoor pool is seasonal and is open from May - October. The manor house does have unlimited WiFi 400 yards. Please note that electric is payable at the manor house or leisure center and the card can be topped up
