Gas central heating, electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, washer/dryer, TV with BluRay and WiFi. Bed linen and towels provided. Rear courtyard area. No pets. No smoking or children under 7 years old, however babes in arms are allowed. An annual parking permit, for one car, is provided for the Mayors Avenue public car park (subject to available spaces)/Dartmouth Park and Ride. Shop 5 mins walk and pub 3 mins walk.
