Off-road parking with separate secure storage for bikes, fishing tackle and golf bags. Private garden and patio area with furniture and gas BBQ. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub and butcher are 1.4 miles and general shop is 2.4 miles.

Tideford is a small village, hidden within a peaceful location within east Cornwall. Within this town, you will find a traditional pub, a florist, a butchers and a garage. Within 10-minutes you will locate the larger town of Saltash, which houses a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants to explore, in addition to attractions including the Tamar Bridge and Trematon Castle.
