This detached cottage with lovely, self-contained annex rests in the popular town of Torquay and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms. Three bedrooms: 1 x ground floor twin, 1 x king-size double, 1 x king-size double (zip/link can be twins on request). Ground floor bathroom with roll top bath, hand-held shower, shower over, basin and WC, ground floor wet room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with breakfast table. Utility. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire/stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2/3 cars. Enclosed garden with lawn, patio area, potting shed, workshop, garden furniture and BBQ / fire pit. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.5 miles, pub 0.2 miles. Note: There is an unfenced stream and pond at this property, children to be supervised at all times when outside. Note; The zip/link bed can be used a twin or a king-sized double.

The seaside town of Torquay in South Devon has been attracting visitors for the best part of 200 years, with its abundant activities from coastal walks to restaurants and nightlife. There are three shopping centres, a number of places to eat and drink and strolls beside the harbour. Visitors can catch a boat to Brixham or Paignton, try sea angling or a range of water-based activities, or head to Paignton Zoo. There is also Torre Abbey and Kents Cavern as well as an array of beaches.
