Gas central heating, woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle and TV. Fuel and power inc. in rent. WIFI, Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Permit provided for local car park 100m walk. Park outside the cottage for un-loading and loading. Outside front stone area with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry no smoking. Shop 0.8 miles and pub 0.6 miles. Note: The stairs are quite steep and care must be taken. Note: Property is unsuitable for children.
