Inside you will find two spacious bedrooms, comprising of a king-size double bedroom with an en-suite and a standard double, sleepng four people. There is also family bathroom and a ground floor shower room with a separate WC and basin. Additional rooms include a cosy sitting area with a woodburning fire, a kitchen/diner and utility. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. 14 acres of shared grounds with one other holiday let. Garden with lawn and garden seating. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pub and restaurants 1 mile. Note: Starter pack for woodburning stove will be provided but additional logs can be purchased. Note: Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am

Situated on the Lizard Peninsula, five miles south of Helston and just over five miles from Lizard Point is the large village of Mullion. Here, you will find a large selection restaurants, shops and pubs, Mullion Meadows Chocolate Factory and coffee shop as well as Mullion Cove. Poldark Mine is a fantastic underground experience, where you can explore the area's widespread mining heritage.
