Gas central heating with electric fire. Microwave, fridge with ice box, electric oven, gas hob, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV with Freeview and DVD player. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Fuel and power inc. in rent. On street parking available and public car parking close by in the town/ on the sea front. Rear terrace area with seating and summer house with games. Sorry, no pets. Sorry no smoking or vaping allowed. Pub and shop within a 5-minute walk (return journey is uphill). Note: Due to the age of the property there are traditional steep stairs. Note: Unfortunately, the cottage stairs are not suitable for toddlers - as it is not possible to put a stair gate across the top of the stairs as the cottage has uneven cobb walls.

Teignmouth is a seaside town resting within Teignmouth, South Devon. It boasts a working harbour, a sandy beach, a Victorian pier, sailing club, diving centre and sea activity centre, in addition to a selection of pubs, restaurants and shops. There is also a spacious public area with tennis courts, a bowling green, and a miniature lighthouse.

"This review is very difficult for me to write.it was very near the town and 5 mins from a pub.There is a lovely Weatherspoons and it is probably 12 minutes walk.lovely harbour pubs and shop.s.the cottage was lovely everything was there for you use couldn't fault it spotless and well just lovly.My only complaint for older or youngsters there was no bath mat snot enough lighting on the stairs.it is a difficult stairs not just for tots but especially for older people and people with mobility problems.also parking is very limited.but saying that we loved the cottage."
