Three bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin, 1 x adult bunks. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire.
Trebellan is a lovely detached chalet situated within a quiet wooded valley on the well-maintained Rosecraddoc Holiday Village, two miles from Liskeard. The property sleeps six people in three bedrooms, one double, one twin and one set of adult bunks. There is also a family shower room as well as an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with an electric fire. Outside to the front you?ll find a lawned garden and off road parking, whilst to the rear there is a patio with furniture. With so much to see and do within driving distance, including the excellent Siblyback Lake Outdoor and Active Centre for walking, cycling, fishing and canoeing, Trebellan is the perfect base for a Cornish adventure with all the family. Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front lawned garden, rear patio with furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 12 mins walk. Note: Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times when outside. Note: Licence is required for on-site fishing subject to availability and there is a charge payable locally

Liskeard is an historic market town in Cornwall. The town has a weeklymarket and a number of shops, pubs and restaurants. The beaches and harbour of the quaint fishing port of Looe is close by and there are fishing and watersport opportunities at Siblyback Lake. Other attractions in the area is the Donkey Sanctuary at St Annes Chapel, National Trust's Cotehele House and gardens, the championship golf course at St Mellion Country Club, Dobwalls Theme Park and the world famous Eden Project.
