Electric range cooker, microwave, fridge, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV with Netflix & Amazon (guests would need own login, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 1 car. Terraced patio at rear with garden table and chairs. Sorry no smoking. This property welcomes two well-behaved dogs. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.4 miles. Note: Consideration needs to be taken when parking as the access is shared with the neighbour, reversing into the designated space is recommended, as it makes it easier for coming out of the driveway. Note: Sorry this property can only accept children over 10yrs of age due to the garden and open stair case.
