Three bedrooms: 1 x lower floor double with TV, 1 x upper floor super king-size with TV and en-suite shower room, with shower, basin and WC. 1 x upper floor twin with en-suite shower room with shower, basin and WC. Lower floor bathroom with a bath and shower over, basin and WC. Lower floor open-plan living room with balcony, kitchen, dining area and sitting area.
Praa Waves is a wonderful coastal cottage situated in Penzance, Cornwall. It has three bedrooms: one ground floor double, one first floor super king-size and one twin both with en-suite shower room. There is a separate ground floor bathroom and WC. Downstairs has an open-plan living room with a fitted kitchen and dining area. Outside has a balcony area with furniture provided. Off-road parking is available for two cars. Praa Waves is a luxury retreat for families.

Shared lawned garden and private beach access. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 mins walk and pub 10 mins walk.
